1on1 Coaching sessions include advice and assistance with course selection, job seeking, writing resumes and cover letters, interview skills, understanding Australian work culture, and how to survive your first year in a new job. |

| Paid Job | Our UniMinistry Foundation staff will help you secure a paid minimum 12-month contract with a company. | |
| 1on1 Mentoring | Mentoring is a relationship between two people for the purposes of developing themselves or their careers in navigating the workplace or a particular field. More often than not, the relationships are mutually beneficial, with both partners learning and benefiting from the relationship.
1on1 Mentoring includes monthly Zoom sessions with your mentor as well as phone access as needed to help you with your career development and navigating workplace challenges. |

| 1on1 Sponsorship | Sponsorship is when one partner, usually someone at a more senior level and/or an individual with strong influence within an organisation, assists a protégée in gaining visibility for particular assignments, promotions, or positions. The role is often recognised as having a career, job, or opportunity-related purpose with some inherent degree of accountability on the sponsor’s part
1on1 Sponsorship includes the monthly Zoom mentoring sessions (above) plus tailored help with networking, special invitations, referrals and introductions, growing your personal brand, and transitioning from junior and middle level roles to executive and board positions. |
