Bequests — Leave a Lasting Legacy

Leaving a gift in your will is a simple process; however, we recommend that you seek legal advice when drafting a will. The NSW Trustee & Guardian is an excellent government resource.

The following wording is suggested to indicate your intention to make a bequest to UniMinistry:

“I give [% of my residuary estate / insert dollar amount] to UniMinistry Foundation Ltd ABN 25 670 161 430 (PO Box 3168, Erina NSW 2250, Australia), for the general purposes of UniMinistry Foundation Ltd.”

If the bequest specified is a fixed dollar amount, please also consider inserting an inflation clause, such as directing your executor(s) to adjust the amount for inflation.

To document your bequest with UniMinistry Foundation Ltd and allow us the opportunity to thank you, please forward a certified copy of your will to “Bequests”, UniMinistry Foundation Ltd, PO Box 3168, Erina NSW 2250, Australia.
